Students who enrol in regular lessons can sign up for a lesson subscription that runs from September to June of each year. Subscriptions include the following; A fixed, weekly or bi-weekly lesson time Weekly lessons include 32 lessons Bi-weekly lessons include 16 lessons The opportunity to perform in at least two studio recitals Piano accompaniment included for beginner/intermediate students 2 masterclasses per year with Sarah Access to Sarah’s online learning centre that includes tips videos, practice schedules, warm-ups, exercises and more!

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription just let Sarah know before your next scheduled payment. There are no refunds for subscription payments that have already been processed.

One of the greatest things to come out of the pandemic is the ease at which teachers are able to transition to online learning. If you are ill, PLEASE don’t come to your lesson, do it on Zoom instead.

Missed lessons are NOT required to be rescheduled. Sarah will consider rescheduling on an individual basis depending on her availability and the missed lesson circumstance.

Conflicts with lessons will be avoided at all costs however sometimes life throws a curveball. Sarah will ALWAYS reschedule any lessons that she misses for any reason at time that is works for your schedule.

In person lessons will be held in a commercial space at the following address. 4950 106 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2C 5E9 Online lessons will use Zoom and CleanFeed. They also require a good quality microphone on the students connection end.

Group lessons are available for students grade 6 level or lower. They are a wonderful alternative to private lessons because you can learn alongside your peers and reduce lesson cost. For those interested in group lessons, a waitlist will be created and when possible a group lesson slot with a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 4 will be created in the schedule.
